Regional Entities

Sister entities,
not subsidiaries.

Cardzgroup\'s regional reach is structured as a network of separately incorporated sister entities. Each holds its own commercial leadership, banking, and customer book. None is a branch of corporate. This page documents who each one is, where it operates, and how to engage it.

How the network is structured

Four operating principles.

01

Separately incorporated

Each entity is registered in its home jurisdiction with its own banking, payroll, tax, and regulatory footprint. None are branches of corporate.

02

No territory overlap

Cardzgroup corporate does not sell direct into a market where a sister already serves the customer. The sister introduces; corporate manufactures; the sister fulfills locally.

03

Shared QC standard

Every entity adheres to the Cardzgroup quality programme. A card shipped under any entity's name is built to the same multi-stage QC pipeline.

04

One technical capability matrix

Distributors do not need to negotiate a different chip portfolio per region. The capabilities matrix is global; only the route-to-market changes.

Cardz Africa

Role

Independent regional partner serving the African continent.

Cardz Africa is a separately incorporated South African company. It is the African arm of the Cardzgroup network, with its own commercial leadership, its own banking relationships, its own customers, and its own regulatory footprint — including verified Level 1 B-BBEE status. Cardz Africa buys product from Cardzgroup corporate and from regional partner facilities under Cardzgroup QC.

The relationship is wholesale-to-wholesale: Cardz Africa runs the customer relationships and last-mile delivery across Sub-Saharan Africa; corporate provides the manufacturing capacity and the technical capability matrix. The two companies are commercial partners, not parent-and-subsidiary. Cardzgroup corporate does not sell direct into African markets where Cardz Africa already serves the customer.

Cardz China

Role

Domestic-market sister entity for Mainland China.

Cardz China serves Mainland China customers from the same Shenzhen base used by Cardzgroup corporate. Where corporate is the international face — selling to manufacturers, distributors, and integrators worldwide — Cardz China handles direct customer relationships within the People's Republic.

For international customers placing orders that ship outside China, the Cardzgroup corporate entity is the correct counterparty. For programmes whose end-issuance, regulatory approval, or domestic delivery happens in Mainland China, Cardz China is the right sister to engage. Both entities draw on the same production capacity and the same technical capability matrix.

Regional Entity · Hong Kong SAR

Cardz Hong Kong

Role

Asia-Pacific trade, finance, and logistics coordination.

The Hong Kong office is a strategic part of the Cardzgroup network. Hong Kong handles trade-finance, regional supply-chain coordination, and Asia-Pacific account management for international programmes that prefer SAR-based contracting and banking.

Many international distributors and brand owners prefer to contract through Hong Kong because of its trade-friendly tax treatment, banking infrastructure, and convertibility. Cardz Hong Kong serves that need: programmes are manufactured at the same Shenzhen production base, but invoiced and shipped through Hong Kong where the customer prefers it.
